The Parking Lot Attendant's role is to greet guests, manage traffic flow, and guide customers to parking spaces. The Parking Lot Attendant will assist in releasing customers from surface parking lot(s) to the retail business.

The Full-Time Parking Lot Attendant works 30-40 hours per week. The Part-Time Parking Lot Attendant works 15-29 hours per week. This location is under a labor union, meaning wages, hours, and working conditions are subject to a collective bargaining agreement.

  • Assist team with general customer service such as answering questions or aiding with COVID-19 safety protocols and reminders

  • Greet patrons and guests on the lot in a friendly manner. Assist in providing a warm welcoming environment for everyone

  • Observe various cars and persons in the lot, reporting atypical activity to the Parking Lot Supervisor

  • Utilize long-range and short-range radios to provide an open line of communication among other members of the team

  • Remain alert and attentive

  • Maintains parking lot cleanliness to ensure that space usage is maximized

  • Assist the team with documenting any incidents

  • Represent the company with a high degree of integrity and professionalism

  • Other tasks assigned by the Parking Lot Supervisor
